Terms & conditions: I do not offer refunds on any treatments. If you are not happy with your treatment, I can offer removal or to re-do your treatment on one occasion (on our availability) as long as you tell me within 5 days after your treatment (i.e gel nails, eyelash extensions, hair extensions). Any thing out of this period does not qualify for a re-do. As a beauty professional I will advise you on appropriate preparation and after care of your treatment which must be adhered to at all times. If proper aftercare has not be followed, I can not offer refunds or another treatment at no cost. It is your responsibility as the client to follow correct preparation and aftercare advise given by your therapist. Please note that refunds or redo's are not available on special offers. If you can cannot remember or find your correct after care advise, please click the appropriate page of your treatment, alternatively please email your therapist for more information. Cancellation policy: There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all beauty treatments (make-up application not included, please see make-up page for more info). Failing to do so, will incur a 50% charge andmust be payed via the pay pal link below. If payment is not made, I reserve the right to refuse future treatments.
